As our sheep are solely grass fed, there are no unnatural additives in their diet. The process of producing the lamb is therefore better for the sheep, the environment and what’s more, produces a meat that is better in flavour and nutritional quality.

How to buy

Our lambs are finished in small batches and our meat boxes are available from August – February. Boxes of either a whole or half lamb include individually packaged and labelled cuts, making them ideal for freezing.

If you are interested in one of our meat boxes, please do get in touch and we can add you to the list for the next available batch. When we receive you order you will be given an estimated due date and an exact date for collection from Collins Farm will be given closer to the time.

Whole lamb - £160

– 1 whole leg

– 2 half legs

– 1 whole shoulder

– 2 half shoulders

– 1 rack of lamb

– 8 cutlets

– 10-12 loin chops

– 4-6 chump steaks

– 1 pack of mince

– 1 breast (boned & rolled)

– 2 kidneys

– 1 pack of liver

– 1 heart

– 1 bag of trim and bones (ideal for bone broth or a tasty treat for your dog!)

Half lamb - £90

– 1 whole leg

– 2 half shoulders

– 1 rack of lamb

– 5-6 loin chops

– 2-3 chump steaks

– 1 pack of mince

– 1 kidney

– 1 pack of liver

– 1 bag of trim and bones (ideal for bone broth or a tasty treat for your dog!)
